UNBOXING In your HiTaste Q1 kit you will find; the device, the manual, and a USB cable. When you take your device out of the box, you’ll first check its charge by pressing the control button once. The control button will either flash red, blue, or green. Red indicates a low charge, blue indicates a mid charge, and green indicates a full charge. If the battery is not completely full upon opening the kit then we recommend charging it before usage. Charging takes approximately 1 hour, 45 minutes. HOW TO USE Now that your HiTaste Q1 device is charged, you can begin using it. Here’s how; Set temperature click the control button 5 times light color shows temperature setting white = low temperature blue = mid-temperature green = high temperature Insert the HeatStick Click the control button 3 times to turn on The device will vibrate and the light will begin flashing green to show heating has started heating takes approximately 15-30 seconds The device will vibrate and light will turn solid when heating is done and the device is ready to use the cycle lasts 4 minutes The device will give a warning vibration 15 seconds before turning off Light will turn off when a cycle ends Remove HeatStick by pushing the cap up and pulling HeatStick out Make sure to clean your device regularly. For easy cleaning, you can use the automatic cleaning feature. To do so, press the control button 8 times. The device will vibrate and the control button will turn red and begin flashing. Cleaning takes approximately 25 seconds. You’ll also want to manually clean the device, to ensure that it keeps working well. To manually clean, just push the cap up and remove it and the heating chamber insert, then use cleaning tools (like a brush or cleaning sticks) to wipe away grime. HiTaste is a bit unique as it is one of the only Heat-not-Burn brands we know of that does not include cleaning accessories, such as a brush or swabs, with their kits.
