Description This is just the ticket if you’re looking for a lovely Autumn/Winter style neutral colourway. Daddy Long Legs has a rich reddish-brown that transitions to a lighter, slightly colder brown, only to be met with fun green sprinkles over a very discreet lavender base. Cool, yes? I love me a brown and green yarn, the colour combos go so well with wardrobe staples such as blue jeans or that crisp white shirt. It’s by no means a gendered colourway but I’d say it has a slight masculine vibe – think tobacco leaf, leather sofa, a cosy library (ooh, I’m really inspired, aren’t I?) There’s 4 yarn bases for you to choose from, in 2 yarn weights. Both Bonjour Bouclé versions are super cosy and the texture just hits all the right sensory buttons for me. The DK version of Bonjour is a little squishier and the speckles are more defined, but they’re both like touching a beloved comfy childhood teddy bear. This is a repeatable colourway, so if you’d like more quantity than I currently have available simply contact me and I’ll custom dye it for you. A word on small-batch independently dyed yarns Yarns dyed by indie hand dyers like me are created in small batches, and differences may be expected between each one – sometimes even within the same batch! Depending on the yarn base itself. Therefore, I advise you buy as many skeins of Raspberry Culotte as needed for your project and alternate them to avoid pooling and colour mismatches. Find out more in our Fibre Bases and Info page. Colour accuracy Please note that although this colourway shows accurately on my end, your monitor’s settings may be different from mine. Related
